LICENSING

In 2014, the State of Maryland passed a new statute requiring that real estate agents could only use and/or refer MHIC licensed contractors to their customers.  Since a large majority of our business deals with real estate agents, we were "required" to become licensed. 

In 2015, we became MHIC licensed.  Our licensing number is: MHIC #132361. 

However, the air duct cleaning industry is a non-regulated industry.  There are no government regulations out there that set standards for the industry.  And the same applies to dryer vent cleaning.  So, do not let any company tell you they are licensed to clean air ducts, as it does not require licensing.
