PUNCTUALITY
How many times have you been forced to wait for someone to come and make a service call? You have already set an
appointment for a specific day, and when you call the office to find out what time a technician will come you your house, their
answer is something like, "...well, sometime today...", or "...sometime between 9 and 2...", or, better yet, "...I can't tell
you when, but it will be sometime today...". Nice answers, huh? Simply put, if you have a scheduled appointment
for a specific time, then we will be there. If we feel we will be later than 15 minutes from that scheduled time, we will
give you a courtesy call and notify you of how much longer we think we will be.
There have been far too many times we (and I mean you and I) have had to wait... and wait... and wait... for a service person to
arrive. If you are like me, you are not happy when you have your whole busy day still ahead of you and you're still
waiting. I PERSONALLY DO NOT LIKE TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE WHO IS LATE.
Time after time, my customers have been surprised when we show up 5 minutes early. Simply put, if you have a scheduled
appointment for a specific time, then we will be there. If we feel we will be later than 15 minutes from that scheduled
time, we will give you a courtesy call and notify you of how much longer we think we will be.
There is a famous saying that we use as our motto. It goes something like, "...if you arrive 10 minutes early then you
are on time; if you arrive at the scheduled time, then you are late...".
