Our services are typically scheduled with a phone call, email or by text, whichever you prefer. Please remember to
leave us your name, address, phone number, and your request.
We try to return calls within a reasonable 48 hours of your placing a call to answer any questions you may have and

The absolute best time to call is between 6PM & 10PM every night. This is when I am not on top of a roof or
have my head stuck in a fireplace.
Occasionally, we may be booked two or three weeks in advance, repair work 3-5 weeks in advance. If you would like
to schedule an appointment that is convenient to your schedule you are welcome to reserve that date and time, simply by
sending us an email or with a phone call with your request. If the time is available, we will schedule
accordingly.
